My name is Xavier Rivera, and I was born and raised in Vineland, New Jersey. My journey into the world of trading began when I was just 16 years old. I remember the excitement and nervousness of making my first trade. It was a small step, but it ignited a passion in me that would shape my future. ​After high school, I joined the Marine Corps. During my four years of service, I was stationed in Japan. Despite the demanding schedule, I spent countless nights studying trading. Balancing my military duties with my passion for trading was challenging, but it was a period of intense growth and learning. ​ Once I completed my four year tour in Japan, I returned home to tackle the life as a full-time trader. As I spent more time studying and practicing trading, I began to feel more confident in my ability to trade during market hours. Developing a philosophy of how the market moved made me believe that trading was not only teachable but also an effective way to generate income. This newfound confidence fueled my determination to succeed and solidified my belief that I could share this knowledge with others. ​ Inspired by my trading success and the guidance of my idol, Alex Harmozi, I founded IMIT Management (Investing Money Involves Time). My goal was clear: to educate and mentor aspiring traders, helping them mitigate risks and achieve financial independence.  ​ I believe being a mentor and being a teacher are two different things. Teaching is what the videos and courses are for. Being a mentor is how I can guide you along those teachings to make it your own. While our courses and videos provide the foundational knowledge, my role as a mentor is to help students apply that knowledge, adapt it to their own strategies, and navigate the complexities of the trading world. ​ Throughout my career, I’ve learned the importance of playing the long game. Efficiency and consistency are key in both trading and entrepreneurship. I teach my students to be strategic and to stay focused on their goals. Trading is not a get-rich-quick scheme; it requires dedication, discipline, and a willingness to learn. ​ Today, IMIT Management continues to grow and help hundreds of students worldwide. Our mission is to provide the education and support needed to succeed in the trading world. My journey from a young trader to a mentor and industry leader has been incredible, and I’m excited to continue helping others achieve their financial goals. ​ My story is a testament to the power of hard work, resilience, and the importance of sharing knowledge. From my early days in Vineland to my time in the Marine Corps and now as the founder of IMIT Management, I’ve learned that success is a journey, not a destination. I’m grateful for every step of this journey and look forward to what the future holds.
